Swastik Engineering Works provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all machines
and equipment manufactured and supplied by us, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
Warranty Period
All products are covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of dispatch
/ installation (whichever is earlier).
Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Swastik
Engineering Works.
Warranty Coverage Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of parts
Electrical components such as motors, heaters, sensors, and control panels
(unless otherwise specified)
Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized
modification
Damage caused by power fluctuations, voltage instability, or environmental
factors
Consumable items such as belts, blades, seals, bearings, and rubber parts
Installation & Operation Conditions
Warranty is valid only if the machine is installed, operated, and maintained as
per our guidelines.
Any repair or service performed by unauthorized personnel will void the
warranty.
Service & Support
Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only.
To-and-fro transportation, lodging, boarding, and on-site service charges (if
applicable) shall be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Liability Limitation
Swastik Engineering Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential losses, including production loss or business interruption.
Warranty Claim Procedure
All warranty claims must be reported in writing with invoice copy and machine
details within the warranty period.
Final Authority
The decision of Swastik Engineering Works regarding warranty claims shall be
final and binding.
