Warranty Declaration – Swastik Engineering Works

Swastik Engineering Works provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all machines and equipment manufactured and supplied by us, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Warranty Period
  • All products are covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of dispatch / installation (whichever is earlier).
  • Scope of Warranty
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Swastik Engineering Works.

Warranty Coverage Exclusions The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of parts
  • Electrical components such as motors, heaters, sensors, and control panels (unless otherwise specified)
  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by power fluctuations, voltage instability, or environmental factors
  • Consumable items such as belts, blades, seals, bearings, and rubber parts
  • Installation & Operation Conditions
  • Warranty is valid only if the machine is installed, operated, and maintained as per our guidelines.
  • Any repair or service performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
  • Service & Support
  • Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only.
  • To-and-fro transportation, lodging, boarding, and on-site service charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
  • Liability Limitation
  • Swastik Engineering Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including production loss or business interruption.
  • Warranty Claim Procedure
  • All warranty claims must be reported in writing with invoice copy and machine details within the warranty period.
  • Final Authority
  • The decision of Swastik Engineering Works regarding warranty claims shall be final and binding.
